The Pro Cruiser complete features a Taper Head Tube and is recommended for riders 5'3" to 5'6" who are stronger and ride with an aggressive style. The larger diameter tubing on this frame is made for riders who need a stiffer/stronger frame.  Butted tubing keeps this bike super light and the ability to choose your own part sizes provides a custom fit for any rider perfectly!
